Sanctuary's Havenly Highlights
HAVEN has been a bustling hotspot since our June 14th Grand Opening! Featuring a variety of DJs guaranteed to put a spin on your evening, a plethora of intoxicating cocktails and dishes that will please every epicure's palate, HAVEN really is a paradise in the city.
Try this month's signature cocktail, the Aurua. Made with Bombay Sapphire gin, fresh muddled raspberries, lemon, mint leaves and simple syrup, this refreshing cocktail is sure to give you the chills on a hot summer night.
Coming soon... HAVEN is (almost) ready to introduce our Sunday Brunch. Besides the sweeping views of New York City, luxurious décor, and signature Rose Sangria, patrons will be treated to various brunch classics with a Haven twist. Stay tuned for more information on the launch of a Havenly Brunch.

HAVEN at the Sanctuary is perfect for after work cocktails, pre and post theatre dinners, a romantic date or a nightcap with friends. It also offers rotating DJs throughout the week, suspended above the party in a private booth overlooking the venue, adding a hip vibe and energy for patrons.

"Havenly" Menu at Sanctuary's Haven
Haven at The Sanctuary Hotel welcomes Chef Madison Belem (formerly of Le Bilboquet) who has created a French-inspired menu for the rooftop. The menu includes signature dishes such as the Tuna Tower (sesame dressed tuna tartare with wontons), Salad Nicoise (seared tuna, served with anchovies, boiled eggs & potatoes on a bed of mixed greens with tomatoes, anchovies and olives), Crab and Avocado Palette (lemon dressed lump crab salad, topped with a fresh guacamole and served with a tomato coulis and herb oil), and Poulet Cajun (cajun spiced and roasted chicken breast, served with a beurre blanc sauce, french fries and a balsamic vinaigrette dressed mesculin salad garnished with diced tomatoes). Additionally, the Sanctuary will have some exciting new additions to the F&B program later this year!
